We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care in a safe, comfortable and efficient environment. We believe dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s physical and mental well-being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to our patient’s different financial needs we provide a number of payment options.
Payment in Full – If you do not carry dental insurance your fee will be 10% less than our regular fees. Payment is due at the time of service.
Payment by Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover
Care Credit – Interest free payment plans (6 &12 month options). Please see one of our front desk team members to discuss this option.
Senior Citizen Discount – We offer a 5% discount to senior citizens 65 and up who do not carry dental insurance.
Dental Insurance: As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit insurance claims directly to your insurance carrier. However it is your responsibility to inform us when your policy changes, so we can bill the correct insurance company. We also ask that you “READ YOUR POLICY THOROUGHLY” so you are fully aware of benefits provided and the limitations imposed. If you have questions concerning your plan, please call your insurance company. All incurred charges are ultimately your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage. We do not control how your benefits are paid or your contractual limitations. We will attempt to do all we can to get your insurance to pay for your treatment.
Missed or Broken Appointments: Your appointment is reserved especially for you. To avoid a $75.00 broken appointment charge, please allow a minimum of 24 hours workday notice for any schedule changes. Please be aware that our work week is Monday through Thursday, so please be sure to cancel your appointments during this time frame. We do not accept cancellations by voicemail or email.
